At DmaxStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
